Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, financial control, or finance operations.
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and transaction-coding fundamentals.
- Significant hands-on experience using Sage Intacct.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to manage month-end processes, bank reconciliations, and account maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with AP, vendor payments, and expense management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and investigate budget variances.
- Experience working across multiple finance and operational systems.
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 5 hours of live ET overlap daily.
- Requirement to attend in-person training programs during the first 3.5 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily transactional bookkeeping, accounts payable workflows, and employee expense reporting.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and independently support month-end accounting activities.
- Prepare budget-versus-actual reporting, dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership.
- Monitor cash flow, manage currency exposure, and support financial forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Maintain audit-ready financial records and support tax compliance and external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for financial inquiries.
- Identify and implement process improvements for finance workflows and data management across systems like Bill.com, Ramp, and Salesforce.
