Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
- Mastery of SQL with extensive experience querying large, complex datasets.
- Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing best practices and dimensional modeling (star schema).
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes.
- Practical experience with LLM-based AI tools and conversational AI evaluation principles.
- Strong understanding of data governance and experience with data cataloging tools like Atlan.
- Proven ability to independently drive complex, multi-step projects from roadmap to PoC.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business objectives.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end analytical lifecycle, including requirement gathering, logic testing, and driving organizational adoption.
- Design and refine mechanisms to measure and ensure the quality of AI responses through metric definition and dataset curation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement star schema data models and effective ETL/ELT processes.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Lead and validate Proof-of-Concept projects for new AI use cases, evaluating solution alternatives.
- Diagnose and escalate technical issues within the AI stack, including LLMs, BI connectors, and integrated tools.
