Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business, Data, or System Analyst, or Data Steward in R&D/IT.
- Experience in the Pharma or Life Sciences industry.
- In-depth understanding of R&D or Regulatory Affairs processes.
- Strong data modeling skills and ability to understand relational data structures.
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex multi-table joins.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and creating user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Data Engineering, and IT teams on digitalization projects.
- Translate business processes into data and system requirements.
- Analyze R&D system data and develop data/semantic models.
- Utilize SQL to analyze and verify data structures and relationships.
- Create and update user stories, technical tasks, and project documentation.
- Work with architects and developers to define new functional requirements.
- Support data governance, stewardship, and quality processes.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
