Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility.
- Residency in New Jersey is required.
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Ability to meet Kiva’s Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of Cannabis industry experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, load, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable internet access and a professional home office workspace.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand sales within existing accounts while prospecting for new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, buyers, dispensary managers, and budtenders.
- Collaborate with trade marketing to implement promotions, displays, merchandising, and product training.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and performance measurement.
- Execute and log all retailer interactions and activities within the Salesforce platform.
