Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming.
- Expertise across web and mobile applications, APIs, networks, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of exploitation, post-exploitation, attack-path chaining, and privilege escalation.
- Proficiency with Burp Suite Professional, Nmap, Metasploit, Kali Linux, and vulnerability scanners.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, PowerShell, Ruby, or Bash.
- Practical knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Understanding of cloud-native attack techniques, including Kubernetes and serverless platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Advanced offensive security certifications such as OSEP, OSCE³, CRTO, or GXPN are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and execute penetration tests across web and mobile applications, APIs, cloud environments, networks, and infrastructure.
- Design and conduct red team, purple team, and adversary emulation exercises to evaluate organizational resilience.
- Identify, validate, and safely exploit vulnerabilities, including chaining attack paths.
- Model real-world threat actor tactics using the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Review security findings, assess business impact, and work with engineering teams on remediation.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and offensive security tooling to scale testing capabilities.
- Produce clear, decision-ready technical reports and executive summaries for leadership.
- Support incident response and threat hunting through offensive expertise.
