Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a senior software engineer with strong technical leadership.
- Proven ability to deliver multi-quarter initiatives from design through launch and iteration.
- Experience with SEO systems at scale, including crawling, indexing, content generation, and structured data.
- Strong understanding of data-driven experimentation and defining success metrics.
- Experience designing reliable production pipelines with robust observability and monitoring.
- Strong systems-thinking skills to evaluate trade-offs in storage, serving, and performance.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to partner with Product, Data, and Design teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy and architecture for SEO, AEO, and GEO acquisition systems at scale.
- Lead major initiatives from technical design through implementation, launch, and operational readiness.
- Build and improve reliable pipelines and services with strong quality controls, observability, and alerting.
- Drive disciplined experimentation and measurement in partnership with Product and Data teams.
- Analyze performance metrics across rankings, traffic, and conversion to guide technical decisions.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards.
- Collaborate across teams to execute shared technical initiatives.
