- Proven expertise in both paid and organic acquisition strategies.
- Experience in growth marketing, including experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Previous experience leading internal marketing teams and managing external agencies or partners.
- Proven track record in a senior management position.
- Strong track record of scaling marketing structures while managing metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with tactical execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills for presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
- Growth-oriented mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing results and the function’s direct contribution to company growth.
- Mature, modernize, and scale the existing marketing structure by establishing a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and evolve an integrated acquisition strategy covering paid and organic channels throughout the funnel.
- Define channel priorities across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, and partnerships.
- Connect growth strategy with Sales and Customer Success by analyzing the complete customer journey.
- Lead the internal marketing team while managing external partners, suppliers, and agencies.
- Establish structured experimentation cycles with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
- Oversee paid media campaigns with a focus on CAC and cost efficiency.
- Instrument and monitor the marketing funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Report marketing performance, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
