Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development, preferably in scalable, distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Go, Java, or C++.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of security practices (OAuth2, JWT, API security, authentication).
- Experience with monitoring/debugging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and logic to support web and mobile applications.
- Architect and implement systems that can handle increasing traffic while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Design efficient database schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with front-end and third-party systems.
- Implement secure coding practices, data encryption, and compliance with data protection laws.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Maintain high code quality through documentation and peer code reviews.
- Mentor and lead junior engineers to foster best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production services to ensure smooth operation.
