Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on a development team as a product and/or process owner
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on user acceptance testing
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with ADO or Jira Align
- Ability to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download/10 mbps upload)
- Occasional travel for training or meetings
- Advanced degree (preferred)
- Agile experience (preferred)
- Experience in Claims Adjudication/Audit (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI and writing SQL queries (preferred)
- Experience with AI technology platforms (preferred)
- Certification in SAFe Agile or Project Management (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Liaise with stakeholders and the development team to ensure products are built in the right order, within budget, and by the deadline.
- Define and prioritize product backlog items to meet goals and customer needs.
- Analyze customer needs and performance metrics to inform product decisions and maximize value.
- Write clear, concise user stories from the end user’s perspective.
- Evaluate product progress through each iteration and develop roadmaps, release plans, and go-to-market strategies.
