Requirements
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric, Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with psychiatric or neuropsychiatric populations (e.g., schizophrenia, major depressive disorder, Alzheimer’s Dementia).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews.
- Demonstrated experience with training others on psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with central nervous system (CNS) trials.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; PowerBI experience a plus.
- Proven problem-solving skills and individual initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Attend sponsor meetings, as required.
- Conduct protocol review and develop rater training methodology and materials.
- Oversee Quality Control process, assignments, and completions.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and supervise direct reports.
- Review clinical trial site data, identify issues or trends, and determine necessary interventions.
- Serve as the primary clinical representative for sponsor interactions.
- Execute data preparation, including cleaning, transformation, and validation.
- Communicate service and product metrics to Clinical Leadership.
