Bachelor's Degree in product management, business administration, engineering or a related field.
5+ years of relevant product management or ownership experience in a software product development environment.
2+ years of experience working on AI/ML-powered features or data products.
Experience in a role with strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical groups.
Experience with customer support and bug tracking.
Proficiency with modern product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, yED, and G Suite.
Familiarity with analytics or experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Fullstory, Adobe) is a plus.
Experience in marketplaces, advertising, e-commerce, or SaaS domains is a plus.

Own the vision, strategy, and market fit for AI-powered products and experiences.
Build consumer and dealer understanding through interviews and usage analytics to identify AI opportunities.
Serve as internal and external subject matter expert on AI products, responsible-use guidelines, and monitoring.
Own the end-to-end product plan, from discovery and problem framing through launch and continuous optimization.
Gather business and data requirements and translate them into clear product outcomes.
Maintain and prioritize a large product backlog for AI features and associated data/tech debt.
Collaborate across Data, Sales, Design, and Engineering to produce prototypes and proof-of-concept experiences.
Act as project manager lead in strategic AI initiatives, ensuring coordination across teams.
