Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience (SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong preference for experience building and launching AI products.
- Experience in the CPM, FP&A, or Fintech space is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing products and driving strategic outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to create strategy and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Cloud environments, specifically Azure (preferred).
- Solid understanding of Agile practices.
- Ability to simplify complex technical areas into clear product marketing narratives.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer needs and pain points.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitive movement to maintain leadership in AI innovation.
- Build a comprehensive product strategy and multi-year roadmap for AI to achieve strategic results.
- Prioritize product investments and trade-offs to create compelling business cases that quantify ROI.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, Engineering, and Architecture teams to build product experiences.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to drive Go-to-market motions.
- Participate in industry events and lead customer and partner-facing engagements as a product expert.
- Inspire and motivate colleagues to build world-class AI offerings.
