Requirements
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience using a CRM tool.
- Ability to work Pacific Time business hours.
- Ability to work weekends as required by business needs.
- Ability to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours).
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds.
- Salesforce experience (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
