Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or an applicable behavioral health discipline.
- Current Nevada Department of Health (NV DOH) independent behavioral health license (LCSW, CPC, or LMFT).
- Minimum of two years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field.
- Experience working with severe mental illness.
- Knowledge of social determinants of health, mental health, substance use disorders, and local resources.
- Ability to perform clinical risk stratification and crisis management.
- Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing).
- Experience utilizing validated clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, M3).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy and prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual and group teletherapy using modalities including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
- Administer validated clinical assessments for risk stratification and treatment plan adjustments.
- Serve as the clinical lead within an integrated care team, coordinating medical and behavioral health support.
- Conduct real-time risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis stabilization for high-acuity events.
- Complete high-integrity clinical documentation within 24 hours of service.
- Drive member engagement using video, secure messaging, and digital wellness content.
- Participate in clinical team huddles and maintain population registry data.
- Partner with caregivers and community organizations to support member networks.
