Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in sales or healthcare.
- Proven ability to build trust, listen deeply, and overcome objections.
- Comfortable with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Ability to learn new tools and systems with minimal guidance.
- Metrics-focused with a proven ability to meet and exceed productivity goals.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with the pace of a start-up.
- Must maintain a private, quiet, and secure working environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet access.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to 80-100 prospective members daily.
- Educate prospective members and caregivers on Thyme Care services to encourage enrollment.
- Build trusting relationships through empathetic, active listening.
- Obtain member consent and conduct enrollment surveys.
- Document member needs, preferences, and preferences in accordance with standards.
- Identify and escalate urgent member needs to the care team.
- Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to meet quality and productivity goals.
