- Demonstrated call center experience, handling high-volume outbound and/or inbound calls
- Familiarity with Medicare and Insurance concepts
- Proven efficiency in patient documentation and typing accuracy
- Experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn new software
- Competency with Google Office Suite
- Experience working with the elderly population with patience and empathy
- Ability to adhere to defined workflows and mandatory scripting requirements
Responsibilities
- Reach out to patients who have expressed an interest in care to explain Isaac Health’s services and offerings
- Coordinate cognitive health screening campaigns
- Take the medical history from patients or their caregivers
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Assist patients with technology and other questions
