Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst role
- Proficiency with Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic command-line coding tool), or comparable AI-assisted development/automation tools
- Experience with data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques
- Understanding of how sales models/sales processes work as well as sales forecasting business processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage analytic projects from inception to delivery
- Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, consumption, or recurring revenue business models (preferred)
- Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling (preferred)
- Experience supporting CFO, CRO, or executive leadership teams (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support GTM strategy through a portfolio of dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights
- Build out a standardized and effective forecasting framework and review process with cross-functional teams
- Maintain reusable definitions in markdown-based documentation and other shared knowledge assets to support team enablement and skill-building
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and deliver data-driven insights
- Proactively identify opportunities to further fuel our GTM organization's growth
