Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases.
- 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools.
- Proven strategic and analytical capability to translate data into measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive, ambitious, and practical mindset with a focus on urgency and results.
- Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape revenue strategy.
- Develop and govern semantic models and business logic to power dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Drive operational excellence through timely reporting, automation, and continuous improvement of data models.
- Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows and BigQuery data pipelines.
