Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant job experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Current CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certification required.
- Proficiency with MS Access and Excel.
- Proficiency with Business Objects.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI for process improvement and team management.
- Ability to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as needed.
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Working on the Business (WOTB) coordinator for Acute Back End Operations.
- Compile and analyze Acute Backend (BE) Scorecards for leadership review.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans to track progress and manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
- Analyze financial and business performance against key metrics to determine progress against strategic plans.
- Create executive summaries and ad hoc reports for operational and executive leadership.
- Identify financial and operational opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Perform risk analyses to minimize project risks and ensure timely project completion.
- Facilitate routine meetings with stakeholders to drive desired outcomes and communicate project status.
- Research data nuances and verify accuracy while identifying trends and patterns.
