Requirements
- Five to eight years of professional writing experience in an agency or brand-side environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating real, running paid social and performance marketing work.
- Excellent command of hooks and headlines.
- Data-fluent with experience reading performance metrics to shape creative decisions.
- Experience working on both quick-turn UGC-style content and campaign-level productions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Comfortable navigating both macro brand strategies and micro ad variations.
Responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven concepts, hooks, scripts, headlines, supers, primary text, and CTAs across TV, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Generate large sets of testable copy variations for always-on testing.
- Collaborate with media buyers and performance marketers to iterate based on performance metrics like hook rate, CTR, CVR, and CPA.
- Apply growth-minded copy to landing pages, email, and SMS conversion touchpoints.
- Steward the Seed brand voice by providing feedback on ad scripts and copy developed by agency and external partners.
- Work cross-functionally with art directors, designers, motion designers, and growth marketers to ship and refine work.
