Requirements
- 3+ years building end-to-end production systems for B2B products.
- Experience owning features from conception through launch.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency with Node.js and Python.
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform for cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Experience building data pipelines or ETL processes.
- High agency and a builder's mindset, with background as a founder or engineering lead.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale end-to-end production systems for a complex B2B product.
- Own features from conception through launch and iteration.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and drive solutions.
- Build shared abstractions and experiences that make complex products intuitive.
- Raise the engineering bar through excellent code, thoughtful reviews, and clear communication.
