Requirements
- Strong professional experience in software testing with a focus on quality engineering and automation-led delivery.
- Proven ability to develop, execute and maintain automated test suites.
- Ability to write code to a good standard in TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of debugging principles.
- Experience testing APIs and using relevant tooling.
- Strong knowledge of version control workflows, such as Git.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and pipelines.
- Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with issue-tracking tools such as GitLab, Qase, or Jira.
- Ability to collaborate in Agile ceremonies, providing test insights and estimating effort.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive testing activities across the full software delivery lifecycle, including requirement analysis and test strategy definition.
- Perform manual test execution and exploratory validation.
- Execute automated testing and maintain regression coverage.
- Lead the design, development and maintenance of automated test suites written in TypeScript.
- Produce and maintain robust test plans, test cases, and comprehensive test reports for clients.
- Operate across multiple external client projects while managing competing priorities.
- Support Smart TV and connected device setup, troubleshooting, and lab maintenance.
- Work closely with QE engineers and developers to embed automation into CI/CD workflows.
