Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, preferably in government contracting, digital services, or consulting.
  • Understanding of the federal government contracting ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact digital services and measurable outcomes in complex government environments.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders.
  • Understanding of program financials, utilization, staffing, contract performance, and program profitability.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate insights into new business opportunities.
  • Experience in Federal Health or other federal domains preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
  • Commitment to quality, accountability, and measurable impact.
  • Experience managing teams and leading through change.

Responsibilities

  • Own the successful delivery and overall health of assigned programs, ensuring they meet or exceed contract objectives.
  • Ensure teams are empowered, appropriately staffed, and operating effectively to deliver high-quality digital services.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and staffing activities to ensure program talent needs are met.
  • Establish and monitor program performance, proactively addressing delivery, financial, or partner issues.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with current and prospective government stakeholders.
  • Partner with Growth teams to identify and qualify organic growth opportunities within assigned programs.
  • Collaborate on proposal development, including technical solutioning and participating in pitches.
  • Directly manage Project Management personnel, ensuring effective development and performance management.
