Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, social media or a similar role.
- Proven experience organizing and managing events from planning through execution.
- Strong social media experience, particularly creating content.
- Experience with email marketing and automations.
- A creative mindset and the ability to turn ideas into action.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Based in Singapore and comfortable attending local events and meeting people.
- Ability to work on a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends during events.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player mentality with a passion for continuous learning and collaboration.
- Prior experience working with SaaS, technology, or product-related companies is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and participate in events that increase our product’s visibility and build our community in Singapore.
- Manage events from concept through execution, including coordination, promotion, logistics and follow-up.
- Identify relevant conferences, meetups, networking opportunities and industry events where our product should have a presence.
- Represent our product at events and become a recognizable face of the brand in the local market.
- Manage social media presence and create engaging content, including real-time event coverage.
- Create and manage email campaigns and automations to support event attendance and community growth.
- Collaborate on SaaS marketing initiatives and track campaign performance.
