Requirements
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, preferably in psychology, organizational leadership, public administration, education, or a related field.
- Current enrollment in a doctoral program, preferably in psychology, organizational leadership, public administration, education, or a related discipline.
- Graduate-level experience with qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research clearly to varied audiences.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, including the ability to interpret data and draw well-supported conclusions.
- Knowledge of equity-centered, participatory, or community-engaged research approaches.
- Experience working with diverse or underserved populations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of mixed-methods research and evaluation activities, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and observations.
- Manage research data by cleaning, organizing, documenting, and preparing information for analysis.
- Conduct qualitative coding and thematic analysis under the guidance of the faculty Principal Investigator.
- Assist with quantitative analysis, including descriptive statistics and basic trend analysis.
- Contribute to process mapping and documentation of workflows, partnerships, and project dynamics.
- Synthesize research findings in alignment with evaluation questions and learning objectives.
- Help develop reports, learning briefs, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Translate technical research findings into accessible and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Participate in project meetings, partner convenings, and collaborative sensemaking sessions.
