Requirements
- Current clinical license (MD, DO, NP, RD, or PharmD).
- 8+ years of clinical experience.
- 3+ years in a clinical leadership role within digital health, health-tech, or value-based care.
- Expertise in cardiometabolic conditions (hypertension, pre-diabetes, diabetes, obesity, GLP-1 therapeutics).
- Experience owning a clinical outcomes framework and evidence standards.
- Demonstrated track record as an external clinical voice for products.
- Experience translating clinical requirements into features, workflows, and AI behavior.
- Ability to define clinical guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI-supported care.
- Strong writing and narrative skills for whitepapers and clinical claims.
- Demonstrable AI proficiency (Level 1 minimum).
Responsibilities
- Set clinical validation standards for new features, workflows, and AI-supported experiences.
- Provide clinical expertise in the scoping and refinement of product requirements.
- Define clinical roles, therapeutic boundaries, and prohibited behaviors for Pulse AI.
- Co-develop clinical components for AI evaluation rubrics, acceptance criteria, and annotator training.
- Represent the clinical perspective on internal AI monitoring and governance boards.
- Monitor and interpret clinical outcomes to drive product, protocol, and training changes.
- Author whitepapers, talk tracks, and clinical claims language for external stakeholders.
