- Experience
- 8+ years of clinical experience, including at least 3 years in a clinical leadership role
Requirements
- Licensed clinician (MD, DO, NP, RD, or PharmD).
- 8+ years of clinical experience.
- 3+ years in a clinical leadership role within digital health, health-tech, or value-based care.
- Deep expertise in hypertension, pre-diabetes, diabetes, obesity, and GLP-1 therapeutics.
- Experience owning a clinical outcomes framework and defining evidence standards.
- Experience partnering directly with product and engineering teams on feature development.
- Comfort defining clinical guardrails and evaluation criteria for AI-supported care.
- Strong writing and narrative skills for authoring whitepapers and clinical claims.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build clinical infrastructure.
- Demonstrated AI fluency (Level 1+)
Responsibilities
- Set clinical validation standards for new features, workflows, and AI-supported experiences.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate clinical requirements into features and workflows.
- Define clinical roles, therapeutic boundaries, and guardrails for Pulse's AI-supported experiences.
- Co-develop clinical evaluation rubrics, release thresholds, and annotation requirements.
- Monitor and interpret clinical outcomes to drive improvements in protocols and products.
- Serve as the external clinical voice for go-to-market initiatives, CMO meetings, and conferences.
- Author whitepapers, clinical claims, and narrative content.
