Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience in IT or technology environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise IT products or platforms.
- Success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives from discovery through production.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering, architecture, and security teams.
- Experience with data-driven product management, including defining KPIs and analyzing performance.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for enterprise IT products and platforms.
- Translate business needs, user requirements, and technical constraints into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Serve as Product Owner within Agile delivery teams by managing sprint priorities and removing blockers.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs to guide decisions and communicate performance to leadership.
- Manage third-party vendors and product lifecycles, including requirements gathering and RFP processes.
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
