Requirements
- Proven experience leading a large, multidisciplinary IT Operations organization.
- Experience managing teams of 20 or more employees with direct oversight of managers.
- Experience managing IT budgets of $5M or more.
- Experience leading IT Operations within a mid-sized to large technology organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive innovation.
- Hands-on experience applying AI or automation to IT service delivery or workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Risotto.
- Strong ability to define vision, make data-informed decisions, and connect IT strategy to business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Operations organization across IT Support, IT Logistics, and AV & Executive Support.
- Define the strategic direction and operating model for IT Operations, aligning priorities with organizational objectives.
- Introduce AI-powered interfaces and automation to modernize enterprise support.
- Develop scalable approaches to hardware provisioning, shipping, and inventory for international expansion.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, security, and facilities to deliver seamless IT services.
- Manage a significant IT Operations budget including hardware, licensing, and vendor expenditures.
- Hire, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 employees.
