Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print production, and large-format design.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print production workflows, file preparation, and color management.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
- Illustration skills and basic video editing capabilities.
- Experience working in retail, storefront, or physical brand environments.
- Experience coordinating with printers and production vendors.
- Comfortable using remote collaboration and project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across physical and promotional materials.
- Design large-format graphics including storefront signage, banners, and environmental graphics.
- Prepare print-ready assets including bleeds, margins, and CMYK color profiles.
- Coordinate directly with print vendors to ensure accurate, high-quality output.
- Review proofs and resolve production or formatting issues.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams on creative initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
