Requirements
- Solid professional experience in Graphic Design, Content Design, Art Direction, Digital Design, or related creative field.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Professional experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience creating digital content for social media, e-commerce, and other online environments.
- Proven ability to adapt campaigns and creative materials across multiple formats and communication channels.
- Practical experience using Generative AI for content creation, including image and video applications.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret creative briefings and translate strategic direction into visual solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and transform briefings from local brand and business teams into creative visual solutions.
- Develop visual concepts, creative assets, and campaigns for different audiences, channels, and formats.
- Adapt global and regional campaigns for Brazil and Latin American markets.
- Create and edit videos, animations, motion graphics, and other audiovisual content.
- Integrate Generative AI into the creative and production workflow to improve ideation, execution, and scalability.
- Ensure consistency with brand identity, visual guidelines, and global standards.
- Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines.
