Requirements
- Strong experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Strategic Client Partner in consulting, technology, or software services.
- Proven track record of consistently generating $3M–$5M+ in annual net-new services revenue across a defined portfolio.
- Strong background in B2B client-facing roles within IT, data, AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Experience working with enterprise or large-scale clients, including C-level or senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- Fluency in English (C1).
- Fluency in Polish (C1).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements and team collaboration.
- Background in management consulting or technology consulting firms.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and contracting processes.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate executive relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations to accelerate growth through cross-sell, upsell, and renewal initiatives.
- Identify white space and deliver value by articulating tailored propositions across the KMS and Addepto service portfolio.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Account Development Plans based on business objectives and growth opportunities.
- Lead strategic client engagements including QBRs, innovation workshops, and governance meetings.
- Drive commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and renewals.
- Oversee project progress, delivery quality, and value realization to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams including delivery, engineering, and leadership.
