Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
- Expected graduation date in December 2027 or May 2028
- Prior internship, project, or equivalent hands-on experience in software engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Product-first mindset with focus on real-world impact
- Ability to communicate technical decisions effectively with cross-functional partners
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and ability to evaluate human-judgment requirements
Responsibilities
- Build and ship a defined engineering project from initial design and prototype through production rollout, with guidance from experienced engineers
- Develop AI-powered features and agents that support care delivery workflows and improve the patient experience
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, clinicians, and operational partners to translate real-world care delivery needs into reliable software
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using established engineering practices and team standards
- Apply software development best practices to cloud-based systems that support patients and care teams at scale
- Test, monitor, and iterate on your work using feedback and production signals, with particular attention to reliability and patient impact
