Requirements
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with modern testing methodologies.
- Meticulous approach to testing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of bug tracking software.
- Knowledge of Test Management tools (e.g., Azure Test Plans, Test Rail).
Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories and requirements to create test cases and scenarios.
- Develop structured test plans and testing approaches.
- Investigate technical issues and document clear, detailed, and repeatable defect reports.
- Reproduce bugs reported by the support team.
- Verify, track, and close bug tickets.
- Prioritize test cases and plan effective test execution.
- Perform exploratory testing to assess product functionality and robustness.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to increase automated test coverage based on business risk.
