Requirements

- Well-versed in Java and Kotlin programming.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience building high-availability, real-time systems.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with RxJava is a plus.
- Understanding of secure payment protocols, PCI compliance, and payment processing workflows preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android-based POS software.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
- Ensure software quality and reliability through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
- Address and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to subsystem-level design work focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends to influence the product roadmap.
