Job Details

Proven work experience in recruitment, ideally as a Technical Recruiter.
At least 2 years of experience in IT or Tech recruitment.
Technical expertise to comprehend and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
Existing wide network of IT professionals on LinkedIn, especially for Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, Ruby, PHP, Linux, Windows Server, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with interview formats such as Teams, Zoom, and Google Hangouts.
Hands-on experience with various ATS tools such as Manatal.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid professional network.
Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
Strong experience in sales, business development, or client development roles preferred.

Collaborate with employers to understand role requirements and source the most suitable candidates.
Craft and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Conduct interviews using various methods such as structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
Set-up and maintain the candidate CRM to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to expand professional networks within the IT field.
Consult with supervisors on overall hiring strategies and customize your approach accordingly.
