- 10+ years of professional work experience in IT.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a technical background in systems and platforms.
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies for project delivery.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at an executive level.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Experience managing complex efforts and project documentation.
- Ability to travel under 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Global Services and Systems Integration teams.
- Partner with business leads to understand demand, determine solution designs, and streamline processes.
- Lead migration initiatives from on-prem Oracle deployments to Fusion cloud.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and project plans.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and feature development.
- Monitor product adoption and maximize value.
- Collaborate with other IT product owners to ensure solution standardization.
- Support real-time operational systems through leadership and guidance.
