Requirements
- Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
- 2 years of hands-on technical experience with Bachelor's degree
- Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and service management software
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% within assigned territory
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in laboratory environments
- Proficiency in English
- Strong problem-solving and independent work capabilities
- Experience with ultra-high vacuum systems and high voltage equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex analytical and scientific instruments
- Provide exceptional customer service to research, industrial, and healthcare clients
- Diagnose technical issues down to the component level
- Read and interpret complex technical documentation and schematics
- Train and support customers on equipment operation
- Document service activities and prepare detailed technical reports
