Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role
- Working knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform equipment diagnostics and repairs in the field
- Comfortable interacting with customers and providing training
- Trade school certification or technical training focused on engines, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or related field preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to travel up to 80% throughout North America
Responsibilities
- Perform installation and training services for core customer base
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and resolve in a timely manner
- Safely operate ANA service vehicles
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements and new development
- Communicate information and document work using computer and phone
- Maintain professional appearance and update technical knowledge of ANA products
- Provide superior customer service
