Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other applicable behavioral health discipline.
- Current Washington Department of Health (WA DOH) independent behavioral health license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Two or more years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field.
- Experience with severe mental illness.
- Knowledge of social determinants of health, mental health, and substance use disorders.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads and make decisions with autonomy.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality individual and group teletherapy utilizing CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Administer validated clinical assessments to measure acuity and track progress.
- Serve as the clinical lead paired with a Behavioral Health Support Specialist to coordinate care.
- Conduct real-time risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis stabilization.
- Complete detailed clinical documentation in DAP format within 24 hours of service.
- Engage in clinical team huddles and track panel metrics.
- Partner with families, caregivers, and community organizations to build support networks.
