Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or applicable behavioral health discipline.
- Current Washington Department of Health (WA DOH) independent license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- Minimum of two years of direct experience working with adults in the behavioral health field.
- Demonstrated experience working with severe mental illness.
- Knowledge of social determinants of health, mental health, and substance use disorders.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation (DAP format).
- Ability to manage a caseload and make decisions with professional autonomy.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual and group teletherapy utilizing CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
- Administer validated clinical assessments to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Serve as clinical lead paired with a Behavioral Health Support Specialist to coordinate care.
- Conduct real-time risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis stabilization for high-acuity events.
- Complete high-integrity clinical documentation within 24 hours of service.
- Leverage video and messaging technology to maintain consistent member outreach and engagement.
- Participate in clinical team huddles and track panel metrics to ensure comprehensive care.
- Partner with caregivers and community organizations to build sustainable support networks.
