Requirements
- Active and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy or clinical mental health care.
- Experience providing outpatient therapy.
- Comfortable providing care independently in a remote/telehealth environment.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care.
- Experience with women’s mental health, particularly perinatal, postpartum, reproductive, or transitional mental health (preferred).
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems (preferred).
- Training or experience in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage an assigned patient caseload and take ownership of ongoing treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record, with documentation completed within 48 hours.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care through a telehealth setting.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals through case consultations and team meetings.
- Stay current with research, clinical practices, and developments in women’s mental health.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in all aspects of patient care.
