Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in backend/platform engineering
- Strong proficiency with Node.js
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Expertise in building scalable, resilient, and secure cloud applications (AWS required; Azure a plus)
- Experience designing/implementing authentication, RBAC, and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Prior engagement in large-scale enterprise environments and mission-critical systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Design and build highly scalable, resilient, and secure microservices, as well as RESTful/GraphQL APIs
- Integrate business databases, third-party services, and legacy platforms with advanced AI engines
- Optimize backend service latency and resource allocation for real-time AI model hosting and inference
- Implement enterprise-grade authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and rate-limiting protocols
- Establish and uphold coding standards, write comprehensive integration tests, and conduct code reviews
- Partner with AI engineers to deploy model weights/microservices within unified Docker environments
- Integrate applications with cloud-hosted services and APIs (AWS/Azure experience strongly preferred)
