Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Change Management experience.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Experience with Change Management methodologies, particularly ADKAR / Prosci.
- Understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP.
- Experience with stakeholder management, communication, training, and change adoption.
- German-speaking is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs using ADKAR/Prosci methodologies to drive adoption and benefits realization.
- Develop and execute the change management strategy, including stakeholder analysis, engagement plans, impact assessments, and readiness activities across FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Design and deliver end-user training, materials, and job aids; tailor content to different roles and languages.
- Create and manage comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about changes, benefits, risks, and timetables.
- Facilitate change impact mapping, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation; track adoption metrics and report on progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with PMO and project teams to govern change activities, manage issues, and ensure alignment with overall project milestones and compliance.
- Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization (hypercare), coaching leaders and change champions, and addressing resistance or adoption barriers.
