Requirements
- Completed degree in business, industrial engineering, business psychology, or a comparable qualification.
- Multi-year experience in project, team, or program leadership, ideally in technical or industrial sectors.
- Practical professional experience with AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, or Copilot Studio.
- Experience in change management, stakeholder communication, and business case development.
- Knowledge of AI governance topics (EU AI Act, Responsible AI, Human-in-the-Loop principles).
- Didactic experience in teaching leadership and management topics to professionals.
- Understanding of adult education and online training concepts.
- High customer and service orientation with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Answer learner questions regarding AI-supported project management, change management, and tools like Copilot and Power Automate.
- Facilitate training content through live events, peer-learning formats, and on-demand mentoring.
- Support leaders and project managers with business cases, stakeholder mapping, and change initiatives.
- Evaluate final projects including AI-Readiness-Frameworks and Change Impact Briefs.
- Create and update learning materials focused on AI-supported project management and adoption tracking.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions on leadership topics such as 'Leading Without Authority' and stakeholder communication.
- Perform quality assurance for existing training programs.
