Requirements
- University degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, or technical field, or equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Change Management.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Agile/Scrum, Kanban, OKR, and classic project management methods.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Miro, or Mural.
- Understanding of reporting, roadmapping, and data evaluation.
- Experience in teaching or communicating technical/professional content to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of didactic concepts for adult education and online learning.
- Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, and constructive feedback skills.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
- Hands-on mentality, team spirit, and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and pedagogical support to learners via written and oral communication.
- Deliver training content through live sessions, webinars, and individual coaching.
- Assist participants with exercises, projects, and learning hurdles.
- Conduct and evaluate final exams and assess learning progress.
- Develop and update learning materials for Product, Project, and Change Management.
- Perform quality assurance on training content and provide feedback to the Learning Team.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions and support team onboarding.
