Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in audience development, community strategy, membership, or partnership roles.
- Demonstrated track record of building and stewarding long-term, professional networks.
- Deep knowledge of the entertainment industry (television, film, digital media) and the social-impact sector.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or audience management platforms (e.g., Whova, Cvent, Swapcard, Swoogo).
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to build scalable workflows and reporting systems.
- Experience managing high-touch guest hospitality, including VIP travel and on-site event operations.
- Strong ability to direct and provide feedback on creative assets and communications.
- Independent, proactive work style with experience owning strategy and defining functional scope.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and correspondence.
- Must be available for on-site event pre-production and attendance in Los Angeles from April 4–6.
Responsibilities
- Own the full audience composition strategy and curation for the annual summit and year-round events.
- Build and maintain a CRM database as a strategic system for registration, segmentation, and relationship tracking.
- Execute tiered outreach and invitation rollouts targeting industry leaders, creators, and social-impact changemakers.
- Manage the end-to-end guest experience, from invitation and logistics to on-site registration and hospitality.
- Develop reporting structures, dashboards, and metrics to provide clear insights for stakeholders and the Executive Director.
- Drive year-round community engagement through fellowships, editorial touchpoints, and ongoing relationship stewardship.
- Brief and manage external creative partners on audience-facing communications and assets.
