Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A experience, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and modeling techniques.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
- Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional groups on monthly financial reporting including GAAP Revenue and Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Manage cash forecasting and conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Increase automation and efficiency of financial processes through advanced Excel techniques and AI productivity tools.
- Participate in the long-range planning process, maintaining long-range models and supporting ad-hoc strategic analyses.
- Support the annual budget creation process through cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with executives and business partners to deliver financial insights and guidance.
- Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.
