Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar field.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, finance, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex dynamic modeling.
- Experience with advanced Excel functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS.
- Proven experience utilizing financial planning software such as OneStream or Hyperion.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong business partnering capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly management reporting variances between actuals and budget/forecast to provide actionable insights.
- Drive the preparation and consolidation of enterprise budget and forecast deliverables.
- Conduct detailed vendor-level variance analysis to track operational expenses and spending trends.
- Manage headcount analytics in partnership with business leaders.
- Collaborate on identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and uncover deeper financial insights.
- Act as a super user for corporate financial consolidation systems.
- Deliver weekly bookings reporting to executive leadership.
- Produce quarterly financial deliverables for investor relations.
