Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product/Business Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar.
- Strong analytical capabilities to transform data into business decisions and actionable recommendations.
- Strategic thinking ability to connect CX initiatives with financial and business objectives.
- Experience quantifying the impact of CX initiatives including churn, LTV, and customer effort.
- Proficiency in Customer Experience metrics (NPS, CES, CSAT).
- Experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end customer journeys and processes.
- Experience facilitating strategic workshops with diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive-level presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work autonomously in multidisciplinary environments.
- Desirable: Digital transformation experience, Lean/Six Sigma certification, or MBA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business diagnostics using data analysis, KPIs, qualitative and quantitative information.
- Analyze documents, databases, and operational information to identify trends and root causes.
- Develop management and executive presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Define and quantify improvement initiatives regarding retention, churn, LTV, and operational efficiency.
- Design implementation plans with clear actions, metrics, and timelines.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate strategic workshops with senior leadership.
- Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end customer journeys and business processes.
- Collaborate with consultants across workstreams to propose solutions and support project demands.
